Free Trade

SBEA supports strong U.S. Free Trade policies which can lower foreign barriers to exports and produce a more level playing field—especially for small exporters.

Trade Promotion Authority

SBEA has been a strong supporter of Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) which allows the U.S. President to negotiate and enter into reciprocal trade agreements and requires a time-limited Congressional debate and vote.

Export-Import Bank

SBEA has been an outspoken proponent of an active, pro-small-business Export-Import Bank of the U.S. as a critical resource for small exporters who rely on Ex-Im’s financing and insurance products.
